    Description

    This is an original Civil War Union Patriotic envelope.  It has a cartoon depicting "General Boar-A-Guard, on Duty" for the Confederate General Beauregard.  It was published by the New York Envelope Depot, 144 Broadway.  It is 5 & 1/2" by 3 & 1/8" in very good condition.  I am listing a huge collection of this historic pieces.
