    Description

I bought this some time back and when looking in the back, there was a not TAKEN JUNE 12TH 1862, so to the day you know when this was taken. The soldier is wearing a union infantry jacket ,proudly setting next to his wife. The case is nice , but the ribbon hinge material has been replaced, it was worn out. The velvet and leather case is in good condition , with a tiny warp that effects nothing. The copper surround is great . You can see the stiff collar standing tall ,with the infantry strip on the sleeve. Tiny bit of speckling effects nothing.
