    State of Virginia Office of the Second Auditor official cover in gray overall Virginia state seal "Sic Semper Tyrannis" design. Hand carried envelope addressed to "John H. Thomas, Mosby's Command, Loudon Co., Va." Thomas a documented member of Mosby's Command. Condition is very fine with very light staining on face (see scan), some docketing at lower left. Very scarce, attractive, and desirable. Shipped by USPS First Class package.
